Going Back a Hundred Years for Trolley Cars Not Enough

In a Letter to the Editor in the Feb. 10 Sunday News, Fred Sherick of Lancaster suggests: "We should go back 200 years and only allow horses and buggies in the first two blocks of Penn Square in all directions. We could take out all the macadam, bricks and cobblestones and have only dirt roads like a Wild West Show. Think about the tourists this would bring to the new convention center."
