Farmland preservation, 150 N. Queen St. top Commissioners' agenda this week

The County Commissioners are set to vote on a proposal to preserve 123.73 acres of farmland in areas of Bart and Colerain Townships, Wednesday.

The County's share of the agricultural conservation easement is $164,251.50.

The Commissioners will also vote on a series of change orders regarding the renovations to the County's 150 N. Queen St. administrative building.

The change orders total $39,633.42 but do not change the total cost estimate for the project, which remains about $48 million.

County Commissioners meetings are held at 9:15 a.m. each Wednesday on the 5th floor of the County Courthouse on Duke Street.
