Criminal Citations Issued by F&M Cops to Harper

NewsLanc has obtained copies of the criminal citations issued by Franklin and Marshall Public Safety Officers to Ron Harper, Jr., the Lancaster Post News Editor.

Public Safety Officer Brett Mitchell charged Harper with Defiant Trespass and Disorderly Conduct for a incident that took place Tuesday, June 3, at Wilson and Marietta Avenues at 2:25 p.m. Both citations were filed before District Justice Mary Mongiovi Sponaugle.

No citation or criminal charges have been filed against Christiaan A. Hart-Nibbrig, Harper’s co-publisher of the Lancaster Post, by F&M Public Safety Officers.

Public Safety Officer Mitchell charged Harper with Disorderly Conduct be he engaged “in fighting or threatening, or in violent or tumultuous behavior towards law enforcement by being uncooperative, argumentative, and belligerent when being questioned by law enforcement.”
