Governor Rendell to announce support for various City, County projects in Denver, Pa. Friday

It was reported in the Aug. 3 Sunday News that Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell will be visiting the area tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 8 to announce his support for various projects, including $3.5 million in state grants for renovations to Central Market.

Today, Gary Miller, a spokesman for Governor Rendell, confirmed for NewsLanc the time and place of the Governor's visit.

Rendell will be speaking at Park Place PA, LLC (formerly United Sleep Products) at 412 Oak Street in Denver. The Governor's press conference is scheduled for 2 p.m.
