Commissioners to hold evening meeting Oct. 20 in Leola

As part of an effort to hold occasional evening meetings in different parts of the county, the Commissioners will be holding an evening meeting in Leola on October 20th.

The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Upper Leacock Township Municipal Building at 36 Hillcrest Ave. in Leola.

The Commissioners will conduct a portion of their usual weekly business at this meeting.

The board hopes that by holding meetings in the evening and in different parts, they can attract persons who are unable to attend their usual morning meetings in the city.
